Amazing food at the restaurant! 🍴 the location is super convenient, just a stone's throw away from the train station.

Sincerely, it was a fantastic stay for our first visit to Prague. We liked that the room was fairly quiet for their privacy. The location in a nice area was unbeatable and there were the Christmas market and a market nearby. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Kolkovna Celnice.

the suite was luxurious, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. they offered lovely breakfast in the restaurant. the location was marvellous in the historic centre. everything was well-maintained and the staff was very good.

The restaurant was magnificent for breakfast here, with freshly cooked dishes. the staff was exceptional and incredible. - the beds were extremely comfy. - the service was accommodating with parking nearby. - the location was great, close to Republic Square. - the property was set in a beautiful area.

Tbh, had a very very good stay out of service during my whole stay. New-fashioned room with the most incredible bed, well-trained staff — everything was very good. Its location was ideal, just next door to the suburbs as well as a food store and a mall. Spent a nice evening at Portfolio restaurant, located so close to the venue...

Beautiful hotel. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Spacious and well equiped bathroom with heated floor. The breakfast was the best I have had in Europe; made to order eggs and waffles, fabulous coffee and a great variety on the buffet. We had dinner in the garden, and the food and atmosphere was perfect. I was so pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the prices were on the menu. I love this hotel and will stay here again when I return to Prague.

Great and charming location in Prague

Short walk to an absolutely gorgeous garden, the Grand Mark, and Charles Bridge. Old Clock Square and shopping area. - Spotless rooms with huge double windows. - Incredible staff. I loved staying at the Grand Mark Prague. the location in Prague is just perfect and charming. It's so convenient to walk to the beautiful garden, the Grand Mark, and Charles Bridge. the proximity to Old Clock Square and the shopping area makes exploring the city a breeze. the rooms are spotless, with huge double windows that let in lots of natural light. But what truly stood out was the incredible staff — so attentive and welcoming.

The staff here were friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable recommendations; the location is very convenient, close to shopping centers, a beautiful garden, an outdoor bar, and the train station.

Our room was fantastic and the staff were great. They really made up for us missing our first night due to flight cancellation. The food in the "Le Grill" Restaurant was gorgeous and our waiter was very attentive and helpful with the wine choice. The location was perfect as everything was within easy walking distance. We would definitely return to the Kempinski.

It would be nice if they had a spa/pool onsite.

Kempinski Hybernska Prague came highly recommended, and when we arrived we were not disappointed at all. We were upgraded to a larger room with separate living room. Breakfast is first-rate, location is good, and the concierge could not be friendlier.

The only negative comment I would like to make is that our room was not properly cleaned. We stayed for six nights and the food particles dropped on the floor remained throughout our stay. Twice our trash was not disposed of. Everyday we had to contact housekeeping for items like soap and coffee. Nothing major, but these little irritating moments do add up and leave a stain on an otherwise impeccable experience.
